"ThrillBilly": from Billy Ray Cyrus, the Grammy Award-nominated American country music singer, songwriter and actor from Flatwoods, Kentucky, best known for his Number One single "Achy Breaky Heart". This release of "ThrillBilly" is off the album Back to Tennessee, his first since acting on Hannah Montana. 

 

A ThrillBilly is one part hillbilly (cowboy, yokel, redneck, etc.), one part thrill-seeker and the opening lyrics say it all:
